Urban Quarter celebrates 20 years of creating communities

On Thursday 7 November, we marked a significant milestone – the 20th Anniversary of Urban Quarter!

Since our founding in 2004, we’ve proudly delivered over 6,000 lots, creating thriving communities now home to more than 14,000 residents across Western Australia.

Looking back on our journey, we’re incredibly proud of the diverse projects we’ve delivered and the many valued clients, partners, and stakeholders we’ve worked with along the way. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without their support, and for that, we are truly grateful.

A special congratulations to Founder & Managing Director Jason Wallis and General Manager Stuart Reside for their leadership and dedication in reaching this milestone.
